@AkennArt Yes, 50/50. No point in only moving out a few mods. Start vanilla, add them in a few at a time, loading up the game to test after adding each batch. When it crashes you know that the issue is in that last batch. Move out the last batch, trash the localthumbcache.package file, add the files in one by one, again testing the game after adding them. It's boring, monotonous and time consuming but if you play with Mods and CC, whether it's just one file or multiple, including MCCC, you have to be prepared to properly maintain them.
