MissVenusK Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are somewhat generic but are often related to bad mods or cc. I'm not saying you have to delete this content, only that this is the first place to look.
schnee539 Your lastcrash, if that's what it was, isn't available anymore. But that's fine because most of the info in a lastcrash is incomprehensible to anyone who doesn't work for EA. I'd rather see a dxdiag, and even better, please test with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or cc at all. You don't need to save your progress.
Hi! I think my crash problems are over! It seems Lot51 Suite Life (Hotels) mod was causing my problems. I need to continue to observe it because my game is slow and lagging (I have a gaming laptop and 32 RAM so that shouldn't be the problem) but I have a feeling that it might be due to Build and Buy CC that are High Poly!
