Game freeze

I can't seem to understand what's happening, but my sim could be performing an action and all of a sudden time stops moving and she just stands still, like the game is paused but it isn't, I can open some panels but I can't perform any actions, I can't even reset my sim, this started after the last update and I dont understand, at first I thought it was a mod issue, but I can't seem to identify any broken mods and all other mods have been updated.
