If you use mods or cc, try moving the mods folder to another place and then testing to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
Repairing the game may also help.
If the issues remain, try resetting your sims 4 folder

thank you, removing the mods did help and i also tried to add some of them back but i cant find the mod that breaks the game like that. i'm starting to think that my sims 4 game just doent want me to use mods but thank you anyway!
