Omg im glad im not the only one. But it freezes when when I pick a choice though, like i have to reset the game all the time😭

It is always useful to check which mods are broken and which are not, but it is not relevant in this issue. I have just launched TS4 several times, with a completely empty mod folder and my UI set to 130, and it still keeps asking every single time. So this is a bug or a bad feature in the actual game and not a mod conflict. It would be useful if there was a checkbox for "Don't ask me again".
