ParanormalAngelI did have that issue when I finally decided to play a funeral since the life and death expansion pack and my game crashed when I tried to plan a funeral. I was able to narrow down what was causing it for me. It was the Organized Event Planning Mod by Zerbu, maybe start there if you have it or any other mods that modify events.
