Game keeps randomly crashing since update - know any mods that cause this?

Preface: I've played with mods and CC for years and am very lucky that I've had no actual crashes in my game for years, only the odd Last Exception here and there that I can assess and fix (mostly). I do have about 3000 files of CC but only a few script mods.

Since the September 18 Adventure Awaits patch, my game performance lowered drastically and my game would suddenly freeze out of nowhere and crash. The crash files haven't been a help and I had updated all of my mods and repaired my game multiple times, as well as clearing cache. 

Does anyone know of any popular mods causing issues at the moment, despite claiming they've been updated? I fear that mods are the problem, but I haven't had my game crash like this in so long that I fear it may just be an issue with the update but I'm unsure.

    I use MCCC, WW's, Basemental, BBB, and T.O.O.L. I swapped them out and back in one at a time. And my game still messed up. There was an issue with Basemental where my browser wouldn't even download it. MCCC had an update that stated it was compatible with the Sept 18th update. There was also a side note stating that it still needed fixes. 

    I removed all of my mods from my game and that resolved the major issues I was having. 

    Remove all the mods from your game. Check your saves folder for a hidden folder from any mods you use and remove those as well. Then repair your game and run it without the mods and see if that fixes your issue.
