SimmygamerCourt I don't know how BE is programmed, but if it's reporting on an a particular error, it's likely only going to tell you what triggered that error, not what other mods might trigger other errors if you were able to keep playing forward. I do know that BE is not build to look at your entire Mods folder and tell you what's broken, because there's no tool designed to do that.
