Game loading error

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Can't find it in EA app
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them apart from some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game, load up a save, then try and travel/save.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot save or travel anywhere as the game gives a message 'game loading' and the only way to resolve is to exit back to main menu, then go back in. Once this is done, it's fine and you can travel and save the game but it's still annoying. This started happening after the latest patch updates this week.
What do you expect to see? You should be able to save or travel as soon as you load up the game, not have to exit back out to the main menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest patch that was released on tuesday before for rent was released.
