as you say it's not a mod issue, this means you have tested this on a fresh user folder with no mods/cc at all ?
Do you have the issues also on a new save or just that specific one ?
Could you maybe also add a pic ?
i kinda lied when i said i tested on a fresh use folder with no mods. i do have tons of mods. but i think its not a mod issue. i dont want to test with no mods because i have a fear of loading the game without mods. its scary.
I'm moving this to the mods forum then. Please don't report bugs with mods in your game.
