Game More Broken Than Ever Before
So... yeah... the first update this last fall year broke my game. Then... the second strike on November 4th happened during my in-the-midst-of-healing game. Now, I can't get ANY thing to work and it's frustrating as hell.
After the first update, I did the 50/50 method and started finally getting low on LE's. Then, MCCC updated and it was like a whole new game. I was good for a while. But after that November strike, I had to do the whole thing over again and just when I thought I was doing okay, LE's starting coming at me from all directions. I was getting quite a bit from animation errors and broken build signatures, to test variants, interaction elements, and rabbit hole services and LE's saying there's an issue with Better Exceptions and letting me know that there was a BadObjectCC and others. All were under %30 and most were under 10, which usually means I can take them with a grain of salt, but I was getting so many, I was wondering if there was more going on. I am also not able to load a game without that Tuner Error Report popping up and giving me a HUGE list of errors.
And before you suggest possible solutions, I have updated all my UI mods and other mods, though, there are a couple of modders that swear they just updated their mod, even though a ton of Simmer's tell them it still doesn't work for them. I am repairing my game and deleting cache files multiple times a day. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling after that first update. I want to give up but I don't. I'm pulling out my hair trying to fix this game, which I seem to be fixing more than playing since I got it.
All I can think of now is a clean slate. I'd like to just put ONE CC in at a time. But should I try uninstalling and reinstalling again because I didn't do that after the November strike.
Has anyone had the same thing happen, or similarly? Does anyone have ANY advice for what I can do, or more that I can do? I just hope a third strike is not in my immediate future.
And please, YES, I know to go to Discord for help for certain mods. This is mostly base game issues and NOT with particular mods and because I found out that a ton of us were having the same issues with broken games, I just need a nudge in a general direction of what more I can do or try.
