Game not loading for specific household

Question

Hi! I've been having an issue with a certain household for over a week now. Whenever I try to play as them I get stuck in the loading screen. I'll hear the noise that indicates it loads, and I can hear my sims in the background, but the loading screen will not go away! I've tried EVERYTHING. Removed all my mods, reinstalled the game, tried loading previous saves, uploaded them to the gallery and started a new game, deleted the cache, EVERYTHING. I cannot find a solution for this. It's driving me crazy since this is the only household I care about. If anyone can help me with this, thank you!!

@zh0ngcl   Could you move out your family to and move them to a different lot to see if it's the family that causes issues ?Please also try a different family on the lot you're having issues with.

I've tried moving them to multiple different lots and they still won't load. I moved in a different family and the lot loads in. It's the family thats causing problems but I can't find the issue with them.Thank you

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

Hi! I finally figured it out, after adding them to a different sims household I got a LastException from MCCC. Turns out it was bugged because I deleted a cc playmat from my mods folder. After adding it back in the family loaded in immediately.
