Hi! I've tried moving them to multiple different lots and they still won't load. I moved in a different family and the lot loads in. It's the family thats causing problems but I can't find the issue with them.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.Hi! I finally figured it out, after adding them to a different sims household I got a LastException from MCCC. Turns out it was bugged because I deleted a cc playmat from my mods folder. After adding it back in the family loaded in immediately.
