Game Not Loading

So recently I’ve tried to play sims on my Mac and it won’t load. It allows me to go into origin but then when I click on sims it refuses to load. I’ve had it on here for a while and I’ve never had any problems. I’ve tried redownloading, and restarting, but nothing. If someone could help me out it’d be much appreciated.
