    Have you tried opening the game with while offline?

I’m trying to load sims4 when I do either it doesn’t load or it’s just stuck on the loading screen I try to close it but the only way I can is by force shutting down my device as sims4 isn’t responding at all can anyone help me with this ☹️?

    @Youmilov Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
