Game stuck on first loading screen after launch

 This same thing has been happening to me most of today, as well. I downloaded a couple new expansion packs, played for about an hour normally, then the game just froze. When it unfroze I tried to save, but then it just completely stopped working. Today I have tried repairing multiple times, updated my computer's operating system, uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and all of my add-on content and literally nothing has worked. It will launch then completely freeze.
