I did this because i was having the same issue but i dunno if i did it wrong or wha butttt it literally made a whole nother game like same account but i didn't have all my progress or mods

@liyah2lonlii Some questions to get you to the right support:

Are you on a Mac or a PC?
And do you have OneDrive or a similar syncing program?
Did you rename your user folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) or move it on purpose?
Can you confirm that the game is loading for you, just that your content is missing?
