Game will not open on Mac (in need of desperate help!)

I haven’t touched the sims in about 5 months but I finally have found the time to get back into it again and I have spend around 3 days updating all of my mods in a system I have been doing for years...

I did just try to open my game again and there must be a current update out today because my game updated and disabled my mods
