Game Will Not Open With CC Lighting

For a few days now, my Sims 4 game has refused to open in Origin at all while I have ANY CC lighting in my Mods folder. It's reacting to old and new CC lights, but not being caught by Twisted Mexi's Better Exceptions. I've checked ALL 65 CC lights and there are zero mentions by creators citing any known issues or new updates. Is any one else experiencing this behavior and other than removing the CC or repairing the game, do you have any other id how to fix this?

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
