Gender Switch!

First of all, I play Sims 4 on Steam on my PC.

I just recently created a male Sim whose orientation was gay. I chose to use Feminine clothing. I also gave him a Feminine walk style. After creating him with a female wardrobe and makeup, I discovered he had lost certain aspects to the male body. I went back and tried to go back into the CAS and changed his clothing style back to male and used all male clothing and took away all the makeup, but the game still recognizes him as female, including lower body parts. Is this fixable at all? I don't particularly like playing this way with him and have considered redoing the character altogether, but would really like to fix the character before I delete and redo him completely.

So, I'm not sure what I did but the MCCC gender swap may have fixed things. So, thanks for that suggestion! I also tried my other mods settings to make sure he had the correct gender, but I think ultimately, it was indeed the MCCC.

For any others who stumble onto this and have the same issue, it would be MCCC > Sim Commands (I believe) > Maintain Sim > Gender Swap.

  • Have you checked out the gender customization settings? In cas where you choose female or male there should be a section you can expand and there it will give you more options to use to define your sim. These include masculine/feminine frame, their clothing preference, their ability to get pregnant/make others pregnant, and how they use the toilet.

If this doesn't help, there is a mod called MCCC (short name) that allows you to swap the gender entirely of a chosen sim using a menu that comes up. I can't remember how to find it but its there and you can probably search up how to find it

Yes, I did do that part. I think that's what screwed me up. I did masculine frame and can't get pregnant, but I also checked yes for feminine clothing and sit down to pee. I think one of those things screwed me up. And by the time I switched my responses, it was too late.

And YES! MCCC DOES do that. I forgot about using that mod. Thank you. I'll try that.
