[CURRENT ISSUE] Mods not staying enabled after patch 1.125
Crin says:
“It looks like the Windows Ransomware protection is blocking Sims 4 again (possibly cause more users were switch to memory boost). If you have any issues with mods not enabling, pop-ups showing up over and over, check if it blocks.”
These are current symptoms:
- Can't enable mods/CC - the setting won't "stick" on game reloading
- Other changes in Options also reset
- All gallery items are a red X
- Create-a-Sim (CAS) mode gets stuck
- Game progress doesn't save
