Getting sent back to Worlds menu

When I press my house and hit 'play' the loading screen pops up and then it sends me back to the world menu. 

I haven't played sims in months but I have updated the mods, I don't now if it has anything to do with the guide thing that I cancelled midway through?

Because I can't save either because of "Unfulfilled lot object requirements. Place the required objects before doing this" But the thing is, is that I'm not building anything
