Glasses not showing up on catalog, but appeared in my game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything but: eco lifestyle, journey to battuu, tiny living, nifty knitting and kits (but county yard oasis and bust the dust).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, I got into create a Sim and got a random glasses that doesn't show up on the catalog to the right.
What happens when the bug occurs? Glasses appear on the Sim, but doesn't appear on the catalog, so you can't change its swatches and can be only removed by clicking the button that removes all accessories items.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the item on the catalog so I can change swatches or remove it from the sim without having to remove every other accessory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
In adition to the report, I wanna know from which pach those are and why it doesn't show up on the catalog. I just found out those exist in the game. If someone knows anything about it, please, answer.

@JRmilek crincrit is right, it's Strangerville, and it's locked. The easiest way to get access to it, if you don't use mods (I'm not sure if there's a mod), might be to download a sim from the gallery that is designed to unlock all CAS items and add them to your family (search CAS unlock as the item name). Then delete the sim and you'll have access to everything. Of course, you will not be able to work towards unlocking things in CAS then.
