Glitch in Showing Sims 4 Furnished Home - I have tried EVERYTHING!

I have tried literally everything to make this work. I built and furnished a rad house for my Sims family, and every time I tried to get them into the house, even though it was furnished, all the furniture inside the house would disappear as soon as they moved in. The furnishings outside the house stayed correct. Then, when I would try to view the indoor without the roof, the game would glitch and not let me see the house inside. I have moved the family in and out, saved to my Gallery, bulldozed, then popped it back in from my library, and nothing is working. Additionally, when I go into Build Mode, all the indoor furnishings are there. They just disappear in Live Mode. I am soooo frustrated. Can someone please help?

    Hi @Owlex44! Are you playing with any mods/CC in your Mods folder? If so, try without to see if the issue could be there. Delete localthumbcache when you drag the Mods folder to your desktop. Don't save like that -- just see if it solves the problem.

    Thank you for checking in. I did drag the Mods folder out and deleted localthumbcache and unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue. Still, when I am in Live Mode the furniture all disappears and when I am in Build Mode it's in the house.

    Any other ideas? THANK YOU.

    @Owlex44It reminds me of the way lots look when you're visiting and haven't knocked on the door yet. Yet you say you've moved them in and out multiple times with no luck.

    Perhaps double check the lot type? If it is definitely residential, maybe move the family out then change it to another lot type, save (or save as, for testing), then change back to residential, save, and see if they can move in then?

    Edit: another thought - if you start a new save and place the lot from your library, can you move a new Sim in?
