@Pattiwattii It's very possible that one of your mods is incompatible with the game's current patch level. In particular, a number of mods that affect the user interface broke with the most recent patch. So try removing any of those you have, e.g. UI Cheats, as well as any mods by TwistedMexi. Delete localthumbcache.package as well.
If that doesn't help, or you don't have any of those mods, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache (again). If the game is back to normal, you can use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods:
