Glowing vampire eyes

Hello!

Currently I'm working on a default replacement for the vampire eyes, but one thing is driving me nuts: The friggin' glow. I only want certain parts to be glowing, not the whole thing. Tried to create several emission maps, but nothing worked. Does anybody have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Is my project even possible?
