Gltiched gallery delete pop-up tab?

just added a ton of CC to my game, I have no idea if there's like a specific category of mods that would cause this glitch- if anyone has any idea help me please, I don't wanna go through loading my CC like 100 times!! Thanks 🙂

    @Jsmn101 Usually an UI Mod. TOOL, UI Cheat Extension, one of the other mods by TwistedMexi or More Columns in CAS.
