Going into CAS deletes newborn baby/Baby being born and not appearing
So I've been having this problem since the new update. 1) I've been having issues with babies being born. My sim goes through the animation of labor, gives birth, then goes back to normal. A baby doesn't appear at all. It's almost as if she never had a baby. 2) Anytime I bring a newly born baby (when a toddler/child) into CAS, the baby just disappears. There's an empty white box where the sim should be and when I reload into the world, that baby (which was the product of two player sims) is now a randomly generated baby with no lineage and no connection to the original parents. I'm not sure what's going.
Yes, I do have mods. I have uninstalled all the mods and I have also tried repairing/uninstalling/reinstalling the game. I then try to have a baby and it keeps doing the same thing. I'm not sure if I need to wait for the update fix or what. Thanks so much for your help!
