Gray overlay on all actions TS4

Hello, my game freezes every time I do any action. For example when I wanted to get chickens, I click on the chicken house select 'get chickens' and my screen get's a gray overlay and I can't do anything and have to force shut my game. Same thing with using phone, I wanted to adopt a dog, it let's me select phone and go through the menu but when I click on 'adopt dog' the gray overlay appears again and I cant' do anything. 

I removed all my CC still nothing. Repaired my game many times still nothing.
