Grocery Issues

Okay, so I have tried buying groceries 5 times now and all 5 times the Deliverer "Showed Up" (nobody came) and then left my bag "somewhere" (it was nowhere to be seen.) I just tried to order another delivery and I saw the deliverer for once but when I asked for my groceries he basically froze and wouldn't deliver my bag. He left and after he left I decided to go to the market in Henford and there was nothing there I could get... What is happening to the groceries? Why is It acting so glitchy?

  • @firefairy127 I just took a grocery delivery in my game a few days ago and everything seemed to go as normal. (Aside from the delivery boy hanging out on the lot a long time and making himself at home!). Do you have Mods/CC? If so, you could test without them to confirm if one is causing the issue:

    Spoiler
Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving – or in a new vanilla game save – in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.

Also, if you need this for reference, below are links to lists of Mods/CC with 'known issues' currently:
