Have anyone converted this dresses from TS2 to TS4?

I think this is the correct section to ask this question. :)
Back in the days of playing The Sims 2 I always loved the "Grand Divas" that came with the Nightlife EP. Sure they wasn't the most friendly NPC's around but they did look so good in their long black dresses and opera gloves. Very classy if you ask me. So now I ask if you know anything about this dress as CC for the Sims 4. As you know I have no plans to update my game or add any new packs so a base game compatible is what I need if there is any. And it have to work with a patch level pre-2019. Add some pics from my old game. The black dress is from the game, the red one is a CC piece.
