Have you/would you disable emotional deaths with MCCC?

I disabled them because after one particular Harvestfest grand meal, both parents were hysterical. I managed to calm dad down with a cheat, but was too late to save mom.

Without that cheat, the kids would've been orphaned, and game over. So I rolled back to the minutes before dinner and turned them off.
