hello, how do i move my mods folder in the sims 4 to another drive?

hello ! i play the sims 4 and i have thousands of ccs and mods and my storage for my C drive is decreasing and decreasing each day and i want to move my mods folder which has all of my mods and cc to my D drive that has about 200+ gb of free storage. i don't want to mess up and lose all my cc, so can someone please tell me how do i move it to my other drive? thank you!
