- Hello
Because you have a lot of mods/cc, use the 50/50 method. Put half of your mods/cc into the mods folder then start the game and see if the issue is still there. If the issue is not there, then you know that those items work okay with the game. Then you can test the other half of your cc/mods.
If the issue is still there with the first half, you will need to keep testing them to see what is causing the problem. Then you will need to test the second half of your cc/mods too.
You may also be missing the original meshes for the cc. - Are you using the eyelash removal mod? That might the cause if so. Go to the modder's site for a fresh copy and replace the one in your current folder. That should do the trick but if not I believe that modder has info to follow. Otherwise, not sure what could be the precise cause of this glitch!

- Hello! I have no idea if I'm going to have luck in replying to this since this is from a few months ago BUT I really need help on fixing this problem.
I tried removing the eyelash removal mod first and it didn't work. I removed all the mods and it didn't work. I resetted my Sims folder and IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. It already annoyed me when it only affected townies, but now my couple had a little girl and her face is missing and I simply can't stand it. Please help!! :s "simmercat15;c-16262596" wrote:

Hello @simmercat15
Try moving your whole sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" and the "custom music " folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder.
Don’t copy back your old mods folder. Then load the game, and test to see if the issues remain.- Im having this issue as well ive done everything i know how to do to. ive removed my whole mods folder ive reset my sims4 file ive repaired my game. im just not sure whats wrong.

Hello
If you have the MC Command Center mod, click on the sim,. Then click on MCCC > MC Dresser > Outfit Commands > Clean Outfits
See if that helps the issue- Tried using MCCC to clean outfits still didnt work..sigh

Hello
Is this issue affecting all the sims in your game, or only certain ones?
Try starting a fresh new save game and see if the issue occurs in that new save game also.
