HELP - my sims faces are suddenly looking like this!!!

So i uninstalled my game. decided to not carry my save over at all just started the game fresh. and that still didnt fix the problem. it seems to be the sims that the game makes. the random sims with crazy names. my maids the mail persons. and random townies the game makes are the ones without faces. i dont seem to have a problem with townies i create or children sims have just the random generated townies. idk if that makes a difference im still not sure whats wrong.
