HELP - my sims faces are suddenly looking like this!!!

Could possibly be on to something. i batch fixed all my cc did a cc clean and got rid of everything i havent been using since before this started. then used mccc to delete all the sims that had missing faces and now im just having a random sim sit in a bar and wait for game generated townies to show up lol. ive had a few and they have faces. yay. but we will see. thank you for all your suggestions i had hit a wall. hopefully the problem is fixed.
