@BlackyWolf2402 Hello! I'm so sorry you've had so much trouble with this. Please answer a few questions to help us understand the issue. Are you using a PC or Mac? Where are your files saved normally? Is everything on your computer or do you save anything to an external drive or cloud, like iCloud or OneDrive?
Hello thanks for awnsering!
I am on a Pc.
I do not know where they were before as i diddent need to find them. I have never had an issu before.
I belive it was saved in a cloud somewere but i dont know where...I onec looged my acount into my friends PC and played her gemes and it saved that housholde. When i came home it was still there but i wudent play it as i needed some pcks myself to get the HOLE houshold. It saved that so it must have been on a cloud somewhere but that too is gorn now.
I just want to know if i can get it all back or if it is gorn forwver cuz i want to play again and if it is gorn for good i will just make a nev houshold....But i really want my housholds back i dame as some of them were warry deer to me ☹️ ☹️ ☹️

The files don't save in the cloud, they always save local. So if you've changed computers you would have to manually copy your save files over to continue playing with them.

@BlackyWolf2402 Your files actually can be saved to the cloud and some users have mentioned that when they synched their OneDrive, files were automatically being saved there. However, @Coley666 is right that you would then have to manually move them back onto your PC in order to play the game. There is a process for changing the path so that the game plays from a different save location but it's rather complicated and I'm guessing you would've remembered doing that. Do you have OneDrive enabled for backing up files? If so, have you checked for your game files there? Also, if you saved a household to the gallery from your friend's computer, then you should be able to download it from the gallery. That is a different process from the gameplay saves you do in game.
When you noticed the files were gone, did you mean that there were no saves to load when you opened the game? Was there any kind of update or did you make any changes to your PC? First, let's just double check your setup. Open up a file explorer and go to ...This PC > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. It should look like something like this.
If you can see The Sims 4 folder, double click on the saves folder. Do you see anything in there?
