HELP: Need to find Vampire Dress Edit

HELP PLEASE:

Does anybody know where I can find the mesh edit for this dress with the collar removed? The edit made it look more basic and usable. I swear I saw it but didn’t save and now I can’t find it anywhere. Have mercy and drop me a line if you know where to find it.
