Help please with mod folder issue

I've been away from TS4 a looooonnngggg time and just came back. I decided on a fresh start and deleted my mods folder. I'm limiting myself to just a little CC, no script mods.  Problem: Nothing at...

    I ended up deleting the folder after xfering the cc and let the game make its own folder I think the Resource.cfg script I had was bad. Thank you for the reply.
