Help please

So, I've been building this house and now I'm going through and decorating. I hadn't noticed THIS. The door is about 3 inches above the ground deck where it was supposed to meet. Same on the inside. As you can see, it's not. I've tried changing the height of the foundation, remaking the room, moving the door, but still it sits this way. It's just this room. No other part of the house is affected by this mishap. It's all the same height, but this room is messed up for some weird reason. Help please?

    Hi @ScarreCrowee,

Based on this screenshot, it's looking like the inside room's foundation is currently raised higher than your balconies foundation, which is causing the door to sit too high up. Try lowering the foundation of that inside room 1 or 2 notches, that should bring the door back down to the same height as the balcony floor level.

  • @ScarreCrowee     Hi! I agree with Soltaire that the interior floor height looks a bit higher than the exterior.  However, instead of adjusting the foundation, it looks like there's an interior platform that needs adjusting.  I've recreated a portion here for a visual.  I raised one of the windows to the same level as the door to show how the inside platform is visible through the left window, the yellow circle.

This is similar to your image in that the door is higher than the exterior and the interior floor is visible through the windows. To lower the interior room's platform, click inside the room (on a wall or the floor) to select it. Then using the controls, click the down arrow to lower the platform. In this example, I only have to click down once.

Now my door is level with the exterior and I moved that one window to be level as well.

    I hope this helps!
