I don't know that consoles had Mods. But, I would suggest doing the same as you would with PC/Mac. Remove your Mods and check to see if the issue persists. If your game works fine without the Mods add them back in small batches and check to see if the problem comes back. Also, check with the creators to make sure that your Mods are up to date.

The gaming console is in the game that you sit next to the tv on your Sim's lot. Yeah..that's exactly why I can't find anything in search, it thinks I'm looking for Sims 4 console version, but I'm actually talking about while in my pc game, the video game console object won't let sims play multiplayer together.
I f the problem is happening when you don't have any Mods in the game it looks like you would need to start a new topic. Otherwise, check your Mods in small batches,
