@b94316c92ba29612 Try remaking your user folder:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop (and rename it to prevent search confusion).You'll put your saves and tray (library) files back after you have working mods again
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Exit
- Redownload just one mod -- I'd suggest a single-file script mod like Better Exceptions (start at TwistedMexi's Patreon) or XML Injector (from either the Scumbumo website or Curseforge).
- Install that in the newly created Mods folder.
- Launch the game to test.
