help with populating my town

so I was wondering what I need to set my mccc to when I move out a sibling and play another sibling I would like for the unplayed sib to move on meet someone and get married and have children so far when I fiddle around with mccc I cant find a way for them to move on with their life? anny suggestions what I should set my settings to?

I miss when in sims 3 they got married and I could have nieces or nephews!

    I can't remember the exact tree without opening my game, but it's under MCCC Pregnancy--pregnant and partner sim selection need to have the appropriate ages set, you need to enable homeless pregnancy, and there will also be an option for homeless marriage and partner selection.
