HELP?
I just tried to play the sims but all the buttons are glitched out, im not sure how to fix it, i do a lot of modding (2k+ mods.) but i dont think any of them caused this because they were fine yesterday, im very technologically slow, sorry! :(

Trinkets4MyLove This is very common for a handful of UI-altering mods when the game updates. The last update that caused this was in December, so check this thread: HELP? | EA Forums - 13125116
And see the section in How to Use Mods and CC about how to manage your mods when the game updates, and how to keep track of broken and updated mod news.
when i removed all the mods the problem went away, but when i remove the mods that it says there an issue with it doesnt fix it
will i need to reinstall all the mods?
Trinkets4MyLove Please remove the Mods folder and test again, just to be sure. If that doesn't help, remove any files inside ConfigOverride, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
If that doesn't help either, please post a screenshot or two of how the UI looks.
