Help!

So I have been playing the sims forever and never had problems, well i decided yesterday I wanted to download some cc. I have never downloaded cc before and followed all the instructions as given. When I went into my game any sims I made and tried to play had no physical intimacy romance options, I cant even ask anyone out on a date or get married. I deleted all mods and that didn't work, I tried deleting thumb cache and that didn't work, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and that didn't work. I don't know what to do but it really ruins the game experience for me. Any help would be great!
