Hidden Lighthouse Conception trait

Hello! I have seen people getting the hidden Lighthouse Conception trait. To achieve this, you need to conceive a child in a lighthouse. And when this child arrives to the lighthouse, they get a special moodlet. But for some reason it doesn't work in my game. I tried many times, in different saves and a completely clean game without mods. Has it been removed from the game? I really want this trait for my sim. I don't know where to ask a question here. I am doing this for the first time. Maybe I'm blind, but I did not find how and where to do it correctly. Help me please.
