Holidays Glitch
Have no mods installed except better exceptions by twisted mexi and saying holidays are glitched.

Upload the lastexception file generated by the game. Also, is your BE on the current version? Issues can happen because of outdated BE versions, too.
You can also remove BE then play again to see if the game generates a new lastexception file. Bug reports can only be files with a true mod-free game.
