Home school mods

Hi does anyone know of any home school mods for high school kids that doesn’t interfere with the high school ep? I know kawaistacie (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) does an educational mod but I’m not sure if that covers homeschooling?

  • Adeepindigo has an education mod that includes virtual schooling. Her mods aren't available for download this week, but you can later on.

Thank you I will have a look. I hardly use mods and this is something I really wish the sims team would add to the game is a work from home option for kids and teens
  • @netney52 I don’t use KawaiiStacie’s education mod anymore, but I do remember it had a virtual school option. The only problem was that the online school option requires you to use a special PC that comes with the mod, you can’t use any other computer. And the computer that comes with the mod is 2,000 Simoleons. With adeepindigo’s mod, you can use any computer you want.
  • I suppose if you use MCCC you can have child and teen Sims quit school. I do this for my 18th century Ancestral save. The girls didn't attend school in the 1700s per se, unless they went to Dame School. Or they had Tutors in the home for their limited education. Mostly just the boys went to school. I cheat up their skills and keep the females home, so they can help around the farmstead and do the stuff girls were encouraged to do in those times. So glad we now have knitting, and cross-stitching. :)

They can still use the Books to do homework. But you may have to cheat their skills.
