Horses don't show up

Hello, I have had the Ranch expansion for some time now, but for some reason, for some time now, horses have not been showing up at all, both when I create a horse and when horses already present in the game do not exist at all. It probably has to do with some mod, but I have no idea which one, can someone help me find the reason for this error?

The only way to find out if it's a mod is to test without. Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. And see the section in How to Use Mods and CC on how to test your Mods folder.
