house floor and objects not saving

Hey y'all, I'm having a completely bizarre issue - it's like the house i'm editting is "Stuck" in a specific spot? If I add anything, save, no matter what - It's just gone after a period of time, or if I save and reopen it.

My mods seem to be okay, I did a big update of everything, but this one thing is acting super weird!
